Important dates and deadlines for the 2026 MPSA Annual Conference
| October 7, 2025 | Deadline for paper, roundtable, complete panel, and working group proposals. |
| Mid-November 2025 | MPSA begins to send acceptance emails. |
| November 24, 2025 | Deadline for special scheduling requests. |
| December 2, 2025 | Deadline for subfield and undergraduate section proposals. |
| January 2026 | Preliminary program available on MPSA website. |
| TBA | Deadline to apply for a Graduate Student Travel Scholarship. |
| TBA | Deadline to submit an application for a conference registration fee waiver. |
| February 11, 2026 | Early registration deadline. |
| TBA | Deadline to propose meetings, receptions and networking events for the conference. |
